Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. During busy periods, processing time may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days nationwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Please make sure someone is available at the given address to receive and pay for the order.

Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. If confirmation is not received, the order may be canceled.

Failed Delivery or Refused Orders

If a customer is unavailable or refuses to accept a COD order, the order may be canceled. In such cases, future orders may require advance payment.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery.
